• Toshniwal industries presents the raytek thermalert gp, a pliable two-piece infrared temperature monitoring system. This low-cost system conglomerates the compact ia", din gp monitor with an option of sensing heads to cater target non-contact temperature readings with 1% accuracy. Temperature data is displayed on the easy-to-read 4digit led display and all monitor and sensor duties are easily configured via the user interface on the front panel. The gp monitor has a host of features including 4-20 ma output signal conditioning (peak/valley/average), adjustable off-set and two adjustable setpoints with deadbands with alarm outputs. The monitor receives universal 110-220 v ac, power, and provides and excitation voltage of 24 v dc at 50 ma for external sensors (eg, raytek's 2-wire ir thermometer, tx). The gp monitor has been designed to complement other raytek thermalert non-contact sensors by accepting either o-5 v or 4-20 ma signals from any device. When twined with a thermalert ci or tx sensar, the gp monitor acts not only as a panel meter. But also as a signal conditioner, and as the power supply. For thermalert et and the higher performance marathon series sensors, the gp monitor provides a bright local display of the prpcess readings and retransmission of the 4-20 ma signals. The gp regular head (gpr) sensor is a compact 8-14 micron bed which provides current loop driven signals for low-noise cabling and 35:l standard focus optics. The tempuaorlre measurement range of the sensor is - 18 to 540&176;c. The gpr has a detachable cable and is rated nema 4 (ip65)..
