These also protect and enhance the life of pipelines and processing equipment and assure purity of the end product by removing fine particles such as scale, oxides and fine iron contaminations. Electromagnetic ferro-filters are useful for bowl feed or pipeline feed. They can be supplied for any capacity and can also be designed to withstand high pressures for which they are hydraulically tested. The special design of the filter matrix causes the magnetic flux to concentrate on the fine edges of the magnetic grids. This magnetic pull resulting thereof is sufficient to overcome the viscous drag of the flowing liquid. .
