• Cenlub system improves a two-point conveyor lubrication unit preferable for intermittent duty only. It includes of following elements mounted on a base plate: pneumatic operated pump (reservoir capacity 1700 cc); metering cartridges; mixing block; solenoid operated air valve (operating voltage 220 v ac); and timer - on time 5-180 sec, off time 5-180 min. Operation: as soon as conveyor starts, power supply to the timer is on. The timer operates a sol valve and afterwords the pneumatic piston pump. As pump operates, metered amount of oil is provided to mixing block. The unit can also be provided with manually operated lever type direction control valve in place of timer and solenoid valve. In that case the lever is to be kept pressed for some time as per requirement at regular intervals. Minimum off time interval needed is one minute. .
