• Burma mechanical works manufactures pillar type presses have two point steel body with pneumatic clutch, electricals and fittings. These presses are developed for high precision, heavy metal stamping for automotive components, electrical panels, motorcycle parts and home appliances components. The presses are accompanied with various automation systems. Features: wide bed and two suspension points for large tools; straight-sided steel frame with excellent rigidity in one piece or with separate members like the crown, bed, uprights joint by four tie rods prestressed hydraulically with nuts; high-performance hydraulic over load protection; oil dip double-geared and twin-end driven gear adjustment; extra-long, 8-face slide guideways and gibs; and provision for the automatic feed system and quick die change systems. The presses can be fitted with pneumatic die cushion. The frames are available with the necessary bolt holes. .
