• Digital spectrometers (model 30ie), are compact, economical and easy-to-operate instruments with outputs available on the 31/2 digit display in terms of optical density (absorbance), percentage transmission (%t) and concentration (c). These are unique systems that combine convenience with accuracy and precision in analysis. Gratings have high, resolution of 600 lines/mm, automatic shutters are provided so that light passes through the test tube containing sample only when the test tube is inserted in the housing thereby increasing the life of the photodetectors. Instruments operate at wavelength of 340 to 960 nm with resolution of 5 nm. Digital spectrophotometers are extremely useful for quantitative analysis of liquids pharmaceutical industries, medicine plants, agricultural universities, analytical laboratories, pollution and environmental testing laboratories, etc. .
