• Mac marketing corporation has a wide range of filters whether in stainless steel, iron, bronze, monel or brass - which, when pressed in special dies, results in filters in a wide variety of shapes. The filters reach a very high mechanical resistance, guaranteeing long life, even under high pressure. After going into diffusion these filters thus manufactured can be used whereever it is necessary to have, high corrosion strength and resistance to thermal changes; the possibility to use them at high temperatures, up to and over 500c, with scarce mechanical stress; good mechanical resistance at normal temperatures; a very high filtering field (10-150); easy cleaning with restoration of original permeability, inverting the flow of filtered matter and the possibility of holding a remarkable volume of filtered matter without prejudicing permeability. To get the results specified above, filters in stainless steel (aisi 304, 316) are used; in other cases, sintered filters are available in bronze, brass and or other metals. Other applications include: damping discharge noise emitted by pneumatic equipment; acting as flame-cutters; absorbing gas and liquid spills; protecting measuring equipments; and separating two liquids with different surface tension. Different models are available ranging from 1/8" to 1" having a pressure ranging from 1 bar to 6 bars, to solve all types of requirements, including noise reduction level, to less than 100 db.
