• Supersonics introduces aqueous based ultrasonic cleaning system in a wide range of models. When the degree of cleanliness is required to be very high and the contamination level and production rate is high, ultrasonic 2-, 3- and multistage vapour degreasing system plays a vital role. In these systems, organic solvent, tri-chloro-ethylene, is used in all the chambers. Solvent is electrically heated. The job is loaded in basket or fixture and immersed in pre-cleaning chamber first and subsequently in ultrasonic and held in third chamber vapour zone. After cleaning the job becomes bone dry. Features: 100% degreasing and de-buffing; components are treated in three and more stages, more cleaning time, yet more production; components are 100% clean and dry; continuous re-circulation and distillation can be used for distillation; stainless steel lid with cushion and double locking arrangement; platform with slope provided; slope on the condensing coil truff, for faster transfer of solvent; water separator; extra free board zone to ensure minimal vapour escape; more numbers of condensing coils, for effective condensation; extra more space in heater pocket; construction 316 grade/16 swg; and elegant control panel, easy for maintenance..
