• Developed by dropco multilub systems the take off metering injector which works very efficiently and precisely is made of good quality zinc material and design, especially for precision machine tools. Working of this injector can be seen from indicator pins that are provided on each outlet. When pressure comes to injector the indicator pins come out which shows the injector is charged. Oil goes to lubrication point when pressure drops, due to take off pressure and the same phenomenon takes place in each cycle. Two mounting holes of 5.5 mm dia are provided for fixing the injector. 1, 2, 3 and 4 numbers are given at each outlet and different doses can be provided at each outlet as per customer requirement. Minimum working pressure is 5 kg/cm² and maximum is 30 kg/cm². The inlet port is suitable for 6 mm od tube (primary line) and outlets for 4 mm od tube (secondary line), which can be fixed directly to required lubrication points in machine. Viscosity of oil is 20-500 cst recommended for the best performance of the injector..
