• Imperial motorised decoiler is available for decoiling the coil where tension free strips are needed for further processing or pulling is necessary for feeder on the power press. This provides tension free material to the feeder and helps in avoiding the pitch variation during the blanking application and also helps in bringing automation in press work. This is also good for coil slitting lines where thin materials are used. The machine is a heavy duty steel fabricated structure with expandable drum which is actuated manually or hydraulically. The drive is offered by a motor, worm reduction gearbox, two limit switches and dancing roller for maintaining sufficient loop. As soon as the material is completed, the machine automatically synchronises the line speed with the power press. .
