• Laser beam through scan sensor is a new product from shiva electronics, developed under its photoelectric sensor family. An economical and high quality solution to substitute costly imported ones. This sensor, transmitter and receiver are in separate housings. This transmitter emits high frequency signal of visible laser beam, which helps in easy alignment, in detecting small object very accurately and with this laser beam feature one can use this sensor for 10+ metre range very easily. This micro controller used in the receiver does sensor intelligent and can detect fast moving objects (with the speed of about 1000 per second) very reliably. It is available in m12, m18 and miniature box type (12x18x28mm) abs plastic enclosures. M12 and m18 can also be in chrome plated brass enclosures. Ohter its features: use with/without connectors, 4-wire version giving both npn and pnp outputs, both output rated for 500 ma with protection for short circuit, overload, inductive loads, etc. Input supply is 10 to 24 v dc protected for reverse polarity, no/nc logic, led output indication, etc. Applications: machine tools, spms, paper, pharmaceuticals, textile, cement, auto, food and packaging industries. .
