• Tristar industrial tools pvt ltd presents automatic internal grooving tools besides catering to various applications for internal grooving and are specially designed for machining grooves in tube sheet holes to aid in locking rolled tubes into position during tube expansion. The grooving tools incorporate proven and accepted principle of eccectric tools holder turning on their own axis. As the tools move into the workpiece/tube sheet the pilot nose contacts the face of the workpiece/tube s heet and the cutter is now in the position to cut. Continued movement of the tools start the feed stroke which actuates the cutters and feed then readily into the job. The location of cut is controlled by a quick lock adjustable collar, the depth of cut is also controlled by a quick lock-stop nut, facilitating simple, fast and accurate adjustment. .
