• Chemtrol industries presents frp chemical process pumps. The pumps are fibreglass reinforced in polyester resins of bisphenol - a or grp vinylester grades. They have liquid-tight, single piece, joint less casing with exceptional multidirectional strength, having top centre line discharge and integrated flanges. The impeller is axially balanced, and accurately matched to casing profile. The semi open type impeller with partial shroud and glass finished smooth flow passages ensures high efficiency low npsh performance. The pump with mechanical seal will have one composite frp consisting of impeller, impeller nut and shaft sleeve. Features: rugged and heavy duty construction of bearing frame ensures correct bearing alignment and adequate shaft support; stores large volume of oil for competent cool operation; shaft bearings are standard deep groove ball bearings, identical on both ends in group i and ii to reduce spares inventory; outboard bearing is collared and locked on shaft and bearing housing..
