• Centrifugal clutch pulley are used in textile and jute mill machinery such as speed frames, ring frames, carding drums, draw frames, knitting machine, weaving looms and twister machine, sugar mill machinery, conveyors and chemical process machinery. The centrifugal clutch pulley is fixed on motor shaft for zero load starting. It includes the consumption of clutch is simple shell, spider and four shoes lined with friction material. The spider is fited on the motor shaft, while the spider grips the shell and shoes. The v-pulley grooved on the shell is available as per customer's requirement. The cluth portion is available in six sizes. The shell mounted on gb bush or two numbers ball bearing on the spider. While starting the motor there is zero motion of the shell, i.E., driven pulley. The shoes will be free on the spider. The motor speed will gradually increase, the centrifugal force of the shoes will start to be attached with shell. When the motor will acquires full speed, the shoes engaged with shell firmly and full load come on the motor. The centrifugal clutch pulley is economical to any other motor safety device, such as fluid coupling or electronic product. Fluid coupling needs attention and maintenance, where centrifugal clutch pulley needs less attention and maintenance. .
