• Shaw almex india presents the tb series presses for the splicing of pvc/pu/transmission belts. The tb series press model tb 4-8 is perfect and economical option for endlessing/jointing of small width belts by the hot vulcanizing process. This ergonomically designed vulcanizer incorporates features that enables faster and easier splice cycles. The press is light weight in design and easy to handle. This press is supplied with both top and bottom heating platens and also incorporates cooling facility for both platens that helps the fast cool down of the press after the completion of the curing cycle. This tb 4-8 press is provided with 100 mm x 200 mm dimension platens and can be operated to a maximum temperature of 170°c. Belt clamps for holding the belt ends together are also supplied with this vulcanizer. The vulcanizer is designed for 220 v, single phase, 50 hz electric supply..
