• Automatic fluid applicators offered by flovell with vacuum pick-up. Can be used in a wide range for microdot applications. Materials like adhesives, epoxies, solder paste, lubricant, paint, glues, sealant, rtvs all types of fluids can be applied easily. Its unique features are the dispenser can be used for applying dots, circular sealing, circular coating or potting fluid materials in many processes of production lines with high accuracy in many processes of production lines of electronic components, jewellery, watches, surgical, medical devices, computer products, automobile industry and several other industries. The fluids to be dispensed are available the syringe fitted with a suitable gauge needle at the dispensing. The syringe is then interfaced to the electro-pneumatic controller, which controls the quantity to be dispensed. Setting dispensing time, pressure and the nozzle orifice (needle size) controls the dosage. The dispensers can be conveniently applied for dispensing rtv silicone directly from producer's cartridge of 300 ml, by using a cartridge holder. It is available digital with timer and a compact electro-pneumatic circuit to control dispensing to micro-litre accuracy. A built-in vacuum based antidrip system provides sure that the material is held up in the nozzle while there is no shot. The machine works on 230 v ac with air pressure of 0.2 to 7.0 kgf/cm2 and weighs 2.5 kg. .
