• Bonetto of italy is famous in manufacturing of automatic machines model h-70 for the assembly and testing of ball bearings. Model h-70 is suitable for checking the radial clearance in deep-groove ball bearings of od ranging between 55 mm and 110 rnm. The cycle operates by radially loading the bearing while in rotation, in opposite directions. Based on the values obtained, the radial clearance value is determined. The radial load on the bearings is adjustable. The checking method used can also determine the ovality in the bearings, displaying it visually on a monitor. The machine operates with a plc. The cycle-time is 5.5 secs, for an hourly output of approximately 650 bearings. Set-up time is 35 minutes.
