• Godson engineering corporation manufacture pyramid type plate bending machines (heavy-duty) works with 3-rolls pyramid principals. The bottom rolls are fixed and operated by gears and worm reduction gearbox. The top roll rotates in fixed position and can be adjusted up and down manually by adjustable screws. Housing is manufacture from ms plate of preferable strength and mounted on heavy base frame. Rolls are developed from forged steel and exactly machined for precise result. For correct feeding and firm grip axial are offered on bottom rolls. Screw jack is given to keep top roll horizontal. For longer life and smooth working of machine, gunmetal bushes are available and given sufficient lubrication system. Indicators are offered at both the ends for correct top roll pressure. Salient features: easy to maintain and profitable for various jobs; latest design and rigid structure; so simple mechanism that even semi-skilled can do precise job; and very useful for getting cylindrical shapes and better performance. .
