• Flameproof geared motors offered by rajendra electrical industries, are offered with output ranging from 0.16 hp to 15 hp and speed ranging from 0.16 hp to 15 hp and speed ranging from 16 rpm to 400 rpm. The complete series has six sizes of gear units, each size with 3 or 4 motor frames. In the gear box, helical gear wheels are usede. High gear efficiency and low-noise operation is obtained by case carburising of gears and lapping on gear lapping machines. Case carburising assures practically zero distrortion during heat treatment and gear lapping ensures finer high spots removal. Subsequent phosphating improves wear and corrosion properties and also dampens gear noise. Taper roller bearings are mainly used in the gear box for longer life of bearings. The geared motors relates to ip-55 enclosure as per is-4691. Other enclosures like ip-55 weatherproof are also available on request for special application. .
