• Trimos metrology offers thv measuring instrument made by trimos (switzerland). The thv measuring instrument accomplishes the constantly increasing high quality needs of industrial manufacturers for many applications. With a single measuring system, the checking of external and internal sizes can be accomplished easily and clearly. Basic gauge calibration can also be achieved with this versatile unit. It is a perfect system for calibrating and inquisiting many types of soft inspection tools, thus saving much expense on outside calibration laboratory cost. An addition to gauge calibration, the thv is perfect for the inspection of high precision machined parts. High clarity is guaranteed by perfection in instrument construction, and the use of the heidenhain or sylavac measuring systems (maximum resolution 0.02 um). The simplicity of the unit and its contentment of use allows quick and precise performance of all measurements. It can be used in a horizontal position, or can be rotated through 90o using the optional support stand. The system has include part measuring and gauge calibration, fully adjustable measuring pressure, large 100 mm internal and external working range, full complement of measuring accessories, rs-232 serial output for computer connect, inspection certificate and warranty for a period of 24 months.
