It proffers up to 16 proximity (and/or limit switches) inputs, up to 16 solenoid outputs, up to 8 zone proportional controller, up to 16 timers, manual / semi-auto / fully-auto functions of the machine, optionally 0-10 v analog outputs for proportional control of pressure and flow. It includes of amended user friendly membrane keypad programming for easy operator interface. It caters features like 5 digit mold counter. 5 digit counter for counting number of pieces, cycle time counter, time totalizer etc., which helps in production analysis temperature settings relative to different molds. Thermocouple ‘open & ‘rev’ conditions are detected and is displayed. Password protection is provided to elude unauthorized access to the configuration. Interlocks for mold safety in case of abnormal pressure rise, low temperature condition, door open, emergency etc., are provided for safer operation of machine..
