• Chemical & industrial engineers presents a wide range of flush bottom valves for chemical and process industries. These valves are mainly used in reaction vessels autoclaves and other pressure vessles. In order to fit different industrial applications, the valves are availed in various models, such as rising stem, lowering stem, plastic type, etc. Sizes range from 1" to 2" in screwed connection and 1" to 8" in flanged type. Materials of construction are ci, cs, ss-304/304l/316/316l, alloy-20, hastalloy brand pp, pvc, ptfe lined/coated, rubber lined/lead lined etc. The flush bottom valves are basically designed for maximum pressure of 200 kg/cm2 and temperature of 400 c the valve seatings are offered stellite, ptfe, neoprene and niton.In optional cases, depending on the process, the process, the valves are offered with casting/cooling jackets. Extra long spindle and modified handwheel with cylinder arrangements are also offered for closing the valves. .
