• For spinning mill industry power cost is next to the raw material cost which is going up at regular intervals,kumar associates control pannel incorporating an inverter,which reduce the pneumafil motor power consumption and vice versa.You can reduce the motor speed tokeep the duct pressure just sufficent to take up the broken ends without considering top roller lapping.While the breakage rate is about 5/100 spindle hours,about 5 mb pressure is sufficent,compared to the normal pressure of 14mb developed by the motor running at its normal speed.The pressure is in the duct decreases for any reason the breakege rate increased and the inverter automatically speeds up the motor, sensing the same to maintain the duct pressure to avoid roller lapping.When the ring frame is re-started after any stoppage,such as for doffing,power failure,maintenance,brekdown,etc.The motor works at normal speed for pre-set time since breakege are increased whenever the frame work is re-started after motor gains its required speed. .
